Introduction

I am excited that you have taken the responsibility to read a chapter a day for one month and do it again the next month. If you persevere I guarantee that you will have a lot of wisdom to apply to your decisions and life. The BIBLE stands for Basic Instructions Before Leaving Earth!

There is one school in Missouri, Our Lady of Pillar Grade School, that is being very creative. They are calling it The Mike McCoy Proverb’s Challenge with posters and a reward from me for finishing the project.

I will endeavor to comment on each chapter and you can read my comments after you have done reading the Chapter. I pray that God’s word will penetrate your heart and mind. So let’s begin the ADVENTURE!

Proverbs was written primarily by King Solomon. As a young King (probably about 17 years old) God asked him what he wanted. He prayed for Wisdom on how to deal with people and his choices. God gave him wisdom and much more. God is the source of all truth and wisdom and His values are expressed on these pages. The book of Proverbs compares the way of the righteous with the way of wicked, the way of wise with the way of the fool and the way of prudent with the way of the idle. Don’t just read proverb’s act on them!

God bless you Mike for your ministry! I am working with orphanages in Mexico and am encouraging them to do the proverbs daily. What reward program would you recommend.? Thanks again Sincerely Donald Spangler 970 219-5983
